We build BlitzSupport to help modern teams move faster on support, without doing weird stuff with your data.
Your data is yours
We don't sell it and we don't mine it. Your content stays yours.
EU-hosted
Primary infrastructure hosted in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Germany).
Your content doesn't train AI models
When the platform processes your content, it's only to do what you asked. Nothing is used for model training.
You stay in control
Drafted replies are shown to your team before anything goes to your customers.
We keep it minimal
We collect only what's needed to run the service.
How we protect your data
BlitzSupport runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Germany (Frankfurt).
Encryption in transit
All connections use HTTPS/TLS.
Encryption at rest
Databases and file storage encrypted (Azure SQL TDE, AES-256).
Access control
Least-privilege permissions; only people who need access get it.
Monitoring & logging
Security event logging and audit trails for traceability.
Backups
Regular encrypted backups.
Updates & patching
Regular security updates and dependency patching.
